505 Southwestern enjoyed wide brand recognition in Colorado and New Mexico, but was relatively unknown to the rest of the country. Using the insight that consumers crave vibrant alternatives to typical sauces, we created an integrated campaign around 505’s signature ingredient: the Hatch green chile. An ingredient that provides the flavor, authenticity and versatility to take everyday recipes, sauces and snacks “Southwest of Ordinary.”
